At Bishop Tattoo Supply, we stand behind the quality of our professional equipment and offer a 30-day return window for unused, sealed products. Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, sterilized needles and open inks cannot be returned once the seal is broken.

Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send your package to our designated returns facility in Lake Forest, California.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
